1.The company actively supports the maintenance and promotion of employees’ mental and physical health.
2.Employees should take an interest in their own mental and physical health and make behavioral changes to maintain and improve it.
3.We will fulfill our missions of “contributing to a healthy diet” and “supporting rich and wholesome eating habits” to make a permanent, extensive contribution to society through food.
Health and Productivity Management Promotion System
In order to actively promote health and productivity management, NIPPON ACCESS has established the following system:

Promotion of Health and Productivity Management (Healthy ACCESS 2024)
Our company actively promotes the health and productivity management initiative “Healthy ACCESS 2024” by identifying issues from interannual data and setting targets for physical health, mental health, and the working environment.
