Building Platforms for Learning
We believe that the personal growth of each employee leads to the continuous growth and development of the company. In addition to company-designated training by job level, we provide fair learning opportunities for each employee to take on a variety of challenges and support employee self-development. The timing, content, and methods of learning vary, and we provide a wide range of challenges, from work-related skills to non-work-related skills that broaden one’s horizons.
Supporting the Acquisition of Qualifications Useful for Business Operations
In order to improve the competitive edge of our human resources, we provide support for all employees to acquire qualifications. Amidst these efforts, we have been utilizing the Readymade Meal Supervisor certification as a tool for developing human resources in the delicatessen area for the past 10 years, and 920 employees have obtained the qualification. In particular, from FY2021, our company began providing full financial support for certification acquisition to further strengthen the program.
Recognized as a Corporation with Excellent Health Management 2025 (Large Corporation Category)
On March 10, 2025, we were recognized as an Excellent Health Management Corporation for 2025 (Large Corporation Category) by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Japan Health Council. This is our fourth consecutive recognition since 2022. We will continue to actively promote our health management promotion policy, Healthy Access 2024.
