We regularly audit the factories that produce our private brand products using Japan’s food safety standard, JFS-B*, to ensure that their safety management systems conform to international standards.

Managing Product Specification Documents and Labeling
Our internal experts examine the specification documents for our private brand and developed products, as well as the information written on their packaging, to ensure that there are no mistakes or compliance violations.

Distributing Food Safety Handbooks to All Employees
Food Safety Handbooks, which cover laws and regulations related to food safety and our internal rules, are distributed to all employees.
Using these handbooks, we encourage our employees to deepen their understanding of the information and knowledge required to safely handle products.

Online Training Sessions
for Customers, Employees, and Group Companies
We regularly host training sessions for our customers and business partners across Japan, inviting experts to delve into topics that align with current trends, such as food labeling laws, HACCP, and effective complaint handling. Through these sessions, participants deepen their understanding of food safety. Additionally, we conduct regular training sessions and video streams for employees and those of group companies to improve their level of knowledge and awareness for safely handling food products.
