We regularly audit the factories contracted to manufacture our private brand products using the FS-B standards issued by the Japan Food Management Association. This ensures that their food safety management systems are properly established.

Verification of Product Specifications
We ensure that the product specifications and packaging, including labels, of our private brand products are reviewed by experts to prevent legal violations and labeling errors.

Distributing Food Safety Handbooks to All Employees
Food Safety Handbooks, which cover laws and regulations related to food safety and our internal rules, are distributed to all employees.
Using these handbooks, we encourage our employees to deepen their understanding of the information and knowledge required to safely handle products.

Online Training Sessions
for Customers, Employees, and Group Companies
We regularly host training sessions for our customers and business partners across Japan, inviting experts to delve into topics that align with current trends, such as revisions to food labeling standards, promotional claims for health-oriented products, allergen management in food manufacturing facilities, and issues related to voluntary food recalls. Through these sessions, participants deepen their understanding of food safety. Additionally, we conduct regular training sessions and video streams for employees and those of group companies to improve their level of knowledge and awareness for safely handling food products.
