Restaurant Chains/Lunch Service Business

We aim to become the best partner that can grow with our customers as we create together. Upon customer request, we provide optimized solutions with our functions of commercial and physical distribution, information systems, and food safety.

Commercial Distribution Solution

(1) Consolidate distribution channel

As a bulk procurement vendor, we consolidate purchasing accounts and streamline accounting operations.

(2) Merchandise Proposals

We propose optimal merchandise such as fresh foods, daily deliveries, frozen foods, alcoholic beverages, equipment, and consumables by utilizing BI tools for category analysis of merchandise and consolidating products that have increased due to multi-format expansion.

(3) Ingredient Supply

We leverage the combined capabilities of the ITOCHU Group to supply items such as marine and agricultural products, localized materials, and ingredients from overseas. Our fruit and vegetables are procured from nationwide vendors and safely delivered through specialized call centers.

(4) Back Office

We help lighten the workload of head offices by assisting in inventory management through demand forecasting, master data registration, product switching, and other tasks.>

(5) Product Development

We support product development of private brands, store-exclusive items, and other products.

Logistic Solutions

(1) Logistics Design

We design and construct the necessary logistics networks for storefront delivery by finding optimal distribution centers based on store locations, goods delivery conditions, product characteristics, private brand factories, etc. and calculating the lead time from order to delivery.

(2) Nationwide Delivery Network

We have established distribution centers nationwide with frozen and chilled facilities, fully equipped with delivery vehicles for three temperature zones. This creates a flexible delivery network that accommodates store expansion plans and ensures efficient delivery through joint distribution.

(3) Supply Distribution Network

We design and construct distribution networks necessary for supply, such as inbound logistics from manufacturers to centers, trunk-line distribution between centers, and nationwide supply from mother centers.

(4) Quality Control

We maintain product quality during distribution through system-based management of expiration dates and delivery freshness, temperature control such as ultra-freezing and partial freezing, and the thorough enforcement of logistics rules.

(5) Stable Supply

We provide daily support to ensure a stable supply, including early dispatches, deploying additional vehicles, and an emergency contact system for extreme weather events such as heavy snow and hurricanes.

Two Unique NIPPON ACCESS Business Models

At the Restaurant Chain Distribution Sales Department, we respond to various customer needs through our two business models: the Supplier Model and the VMI Model.
