Dried Foods and Noodles
No. 1 in the industry in the category of dried foods and noodles
We take pride in our top-tier market share and functionality in this category, which NIPPON ACCESS has traditionally excelled in. We also support our customers as total coordinators for dried foods and noodles through the establishment of a specialized organizational structure.

Products Developed by NIPPON ACCESS
In the category of dried foods and noodles, where there are few major manufacturers or new products, we utilize the procurement and information capabilities of our nationwide network to develop products that use rare ingredients, incorporate trends, or offer new perspectives not yet seen in the market. We make proposals using our unique product lineup.

Product and Ingredient Procurement Using Our Nationwide Network
We have built a broad network with over 1,000 manufacturers and local producers throughout Japan. We deliver timely information on local production areas, wide-ranging product knowledge, and other information, all of which are very seasonal, limited by production area and harvest period, and indispensable for small and medium-sized manufacturers in most categories, and propose optimal products.

Project Proposals and Education Activities for Dried Foods and Noodles
Amidst a shrinking trend in the dried food and noodle market and a challenging situation for ingredients, we have established a specialized organizational structure for both production and consumption as well as the ACCESS Dried Food and Noodle Market Development Workshop to contribute to exhibitions, campaign proposals, sales floor proposals, and the development of the industry. We will contribute to the development of the Japanese dried food and noodle market and protect and pass on Japanese food culture.
●The Dried Noodle Grand Prix
A food event sponsored by NIPPON ACCESS and the Japan Federation of Dry Noodle Manufacturers that aims to revitalize the market for dried noodles, a traditional Japanese food. As an initiative to support future food diversity, this event aims to have general consumers taste the deliciousness and diversity of dried noodles and increase the number of opportunities to eat them. After the event, we promote sales of dried noodles on the sales floor, and communicate topics related to dried noodles to those who have connected with our website and social media.

●Dried Foods and Noodles Exhibition and Trade Show
We hold an exhibition and trade show for dried foods and noodles. We make proposals based on a variety of themes every year to help people understand the appeal of and new possibilities for dried foods and noodles.

●Dried Osechi Project
Aiming to increase the number of opportunities for a wide range of generations to eat osechi (traditional Japanese New Year’s food) and dried foods, we proposed “Osechi That Can Be Made in the Microwave,” a dried osechi project, as a way to support sales of dried food products.

ACCESS Dried Food and Noodle Market Development Workshop
The scale of the dried food and noodle market has shrunk by about 20% compared to 10 years ago, and both production and consumption are facing challenging circumstances. In this environment, we established this association on October 1, 2018, to contribute to the development of the Japanese dried food and noodle market and to protect and pass on Japanese food culture by utilizing our merchandising, logistics, and marketing functions, as well as our relationships with manufacturers, producers, and customers throughout Japan

Food Education Activities
NIPPON ACCESS carries out food education classes using dried foods with the help of the ACCESS Dried Food and Noodle Market Development Workshop and its member manufacturers. Dried foods are traditional Japanese ingredients, but neither children nor their parents are very familiar with them. As we believe that experiences and knowledge are important for children’s futures, we offer opportunities for them to interact with the ingredients by incorporating cooking experiences with our insights as a distributor to pass on the joy of cooking and food culture. Our classes involve fun and easy activities for children to participate in, and we also provide recipes for them to take home so that the lessons will reach their households.
