We operate the ACCESS Market Development Research Group to revitalize the commercial food market

The ACCESS Market Development Research Group is a gathering of 189 manufacturers* working to develop market demand for food products for commercial use (readymade meals, dining out, processed ingredients) under the theme of “learning and flourishing together. ” Through the exchange of mutual insights, we aim to create new value in the commercial food market through proposal activities and the development of new products and menus. *As of April 2025

Initiatives/Activities

Food Convention

At our company’s biannual exhibition, the ACCESS Market Development Research Group operates a booth where we offer a range of menus featuring representative products from member companies, specifically tailored for the delicatessen and food service industries.

Commercial Exhibition and Trade Show

Every five years, we run an event booth for commercial food products. The ACCESS Market Development Research Group also participates with a booth.

We propose menus and ways of selling products focusing on health and added value in five working groups: Make Vegetables Delicious, Food and Alcohol, Plant Based Food/Plant Based Meat, Differentiation and Unique, and Premium Consumption.

Make Vegetables Delicious

We propose new ways of selling popular vegetable-based side dishes.

 

Food and Alcohol

We propose menus for dining with alcoholic beverages with a focus on health.

 

Plant Based Food/Plant Based Meat

We propose menus that will be new trends in healthy and sustainable eating.

 

Differentiation and Unique

We propose products that increase the average selling price for stores and sales areas, such as new twists on classic dishes.

 

Premium Consumption

We propose value-added menus with attention to quality to add glamor to events and functions.
